Start ASAP for 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday
once a month weekend rotation, flex day Thursday before and Tuesday after the working weekend
Guaranteed Work Week: 40
Coverage: Bonita, Chula Vista, El Cajon, La Mesa, Spring Valley, San Ysidro, Lakeside, Alpine, Jamul, Lake Murray
Average 4-6 visits per day depending on type of visit for PT/OT/SLP
Any overtime must be pre-approved.
2 weeks cancellation
Home Health and Oasis experience required
Homecare Homebase documentation experience required
Client will only consider without Homecare Homebase if CLN agrees to complete online HCHB course prior to start date.
