- Work week consists of (5) 8-hour or (4) 10-hour days; typically no call
- Outpatient clinic with state-of-the-art isokinetic testing and specialized-trained rehab therapists
- Loan repayment of $30k for 5 years
- Production, quality, value-based, and sign-on bonuses
