- Salary: Competitive

- Board Certified
- MI License
- ACLS, BLS
- MI DEA
- Facility: A General Medical and Surgical Hospital
- Schedule: Dates: ASAP
- M-F; 6:30am-2:30pm / Sat-Sun 2:30pm-6:30am
- Call: 1 weekend per month
- Assignment: Surgery
- Census: 10-15 cases per day
- Acute pain only. We perform all peripheral nerve blocks, catheters, spinal and epidural.
- Complex vascular and neurosurgery, thoracic; No Open Hearts
- Provider to perform 90% medical supervision.
