Description
Actively seeking a fulltime Family Medicine Physician for clinic coverage located in San Antonio, TX to start July 1st.
Pediatric and adult patient population
Value-based care model with 30 min appointment times and LOW patient volume. Focused on clinical outcome and preventative care.
8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday, no late clinics, no after-hours charting and NO CALL!
Good work/life balance. Time built in for admin time. Physicians supported by RNs.
Provider to oversee 1 Advanced Practice Provider, with support and additional oversight from a Physician Lead.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Please note all requirements to avoid being redirected:
Graduate of accredited US School of Medicine; MD or DO- Required
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine- Required
Current unrestricted Texas license- Required
Current DEA Certificate- Required
BLS- Required
Full time availability- Required
Clean background- no or little malpractice- highly preferred
Local provider- highly preferred
