Join a growing group practice seeking Interventional Pain Physicians either PM&R or Anesthesiology. Educational & Licensing Requirements: Must have a of Medicine (MD) or a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree or foreign degree equivalent required. Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Have completed - or in process of completing - a Pain Medicine Fellowship from an ACGME[1]Accredited Program. Must have an active and unrestricted (without sanctions) Medical License and DEA License. Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) / Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Clinical Requirements: • Proficiency in the following interventional procedures is required: Epidural Steroid Injections, Medial Branch Blocks, Radiofrequency Ablation, Nerve Blocks, Sacroiliac Joint Injections, and Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS). • Proficiency in a range of the following interventional procedures is not required, but is preferred: MILD, Vertiflex, Minuteman, Discography, SI Fusion, Intracept, Kyphoplasty, and Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS).
