Location: Oregon
Duration: September 30 and ongoing until permanent provider is hired
Reason for coverage: permanent opening
Shift: Monday – Thursday 8a-5p (must commit to 4 weeks per month)
Call: No IP, no Call
Patient volume: 60 min new patients, 30 minutes for f/u (option for increased time if complex patients)
Scope: outpatient, 50/50 HEM/ONC, providers put in their own orders
EMR: Epic
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible, Active OR license.
