Duration: October 4 – December 29 (option to extend)

Schedule: Weekend Friday – Sunday

Hours: Friday 8am-7pm, Saturday 8am-6pm, Sunday 10am-6pm

Scope: Urgent Care

Ages/Procedures: must treat all ages and perform office-based procedures

Patient volume: 3-4 patients/hour

EMR: GE Centricity

Group: MD collaborating, LPN, MA, Xray tech,

Require: Nationally Certified, LA license preferred, willing to consider compact, LA DEA/CSR.
