Location: Northwest Oregon
Duration: ASAP-December (potential to extend)
Schedule: Full-time (may consider part-time)
Shift: (4) 10-hour shifts
Scope: Oncology
Patient volume: 12-14
EMR: Cerner, EPIC
Hospital: 25 bed Critical Access Hospital, Level 4 Trauma designation with Lab, PET/CT, Radiation Therapy, Infusion Chairs and Pharmacy
Group/support: Nurse Navigator and Medical Assistant, 2 Pharmacists, Social Worker, Registered Dietician, Infusion Nurses
Requirements: Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Active Oregon License and Oregon DEA
