3 different Locations: Oregon Coast, Salem, and North East of Portland. 
Duration: ASAP, 3+ months ( Will extend if you're interested)
Schedule: Flexible (clients will take a 3-5 day work week depending on your availability. 
Call: None
Patient volume: 20 patients/day, 20 & 40-minute slots
Scope: outpatient primarily care (have the option for all ages or 18+
EMR: Cerner
