The Neonatology locum tenens opportunity in Mississippi…
-Location: Mississippi (90 minutes east of Jackson)
-Duration: August 28, 2024 – March 28, 2025 (potential for extension)
-Schedule: one 7 day block per month
-Shift: 7a-7a
-Call: 24 hours (taken from the hotel)
-Patients: volume TBD
-Scope: CMV, high – flow, and bubble CPAP. Providers would be expected to attend high-risk deliveries and 26 week and up, or 600 grams and up if they are stable not requiring surgery. Neonatologists assist NNP’s with assessments if necessary. NO oscillator, cooling, surgery, or ECMO).
-EMR: Epic
-Group: NNP coverage 24/7 in house
-Hospital: Level III NICU, level III trauma facility, 12 bed NICU
-Requirements: Board certified or board eligible with Mississippi or Compact license
