FAMILY PRACTICE CANTON NEW YORK
Community Health Center of Northern NY is seeking a BC/BE Family Practice Physician who is looking for a 100% employed Outpatient opportunity. ‘
Hours Five 8 hour shifts within the posted facility hours-
Monday & Friday 7Am to 5 pm , Tuesday -Thursday 7Am to 7Pm
NO -Call
Benefit time includes up to four weeks of vacation and four personal days , Plus two weeks of sick time and nine paid holidays .
CE allowance for travel/fees up to $5,000 annually
Reimbursement for licensing and certification fees
Compensation
Base salary is $300,000-$325,000
