Qualifications:
•  BC/BE Anesthesiology
•  Indiana License required or ACTIVE IMLC
Job Summary:
•  Shift times: 7am- 3:00pm
•  Shared call
•  Must have a Minimum 1 week per month OF AVAILABILITY
•  Coverage Model: OWN CASES – NO SUPERVISION
•  Daily Model – 1 MD M-F and 2 CRNA M-F
•  Cases include General Bread and Butter –ORTHO – OB (About 275 deliveries per year) GYN, OPTHOMOLOGY PODIATRY
•  Epidural and Regional Block skills required
•  BLS/ACLS/PALS Must be AHA
•  EMR-EPIC
