Location: 1 hour from Downtown Atlanta, Georgia..
Duration: October - ongoing until a permanent provider is hired
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (will take 4 or 5 day work week, must work Mondays)
Shift: 8a-5p
Call: none
Patient volume: 16-18 patients per day
Scope: PCP, willing to take family practice or internal medicine, Adult only, no pediatrics.
EMR: Cerner
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified or board eligible. Active GA license
