- Duration: October - ongoing
- Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-5p) – 4-5 days/week
- Scope: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic – Adults only
- Volume: 16-18 PPD
- EMR: Cerner
- Group: Full subspecialty support
- Credentialing: 30-60 days
- Require: BC, GA license/DEA
- Coverage need: FP is retiring. Local drive-in candidates strongly preferred
- 1099 Independent Contract
