• Specialties Accepted: MD/DO, FNP
• Location: northwestern Oregon
• Duration: November-December (potential to extend)
• Schedule: Full-time – 4-5 days per week
• Hours: Monday-Friday 7a-4:30p
• Scope: Indian Health Clinic - Outpatient Primary Care
• Volume: 14 PPD
• EMR: NextGen
• Group: Medical Director, FNP, RN’s
• Require: BC/BE, DEA, COVID vaccine, ACLS, Active state license – Any State License can be accepted for 90 day locum assignment!
• Credentialing: 30-45 days
