Description
The Interim Permanent Oncology opportunity in Alaska…
-Location: Anchorage, AK
-Duration: October 2024 – June 2025 (potential for extension)
-Schedule: 1-4 weeks per month
-Shift: Monday – Friday, 8a-5p or 7a-5p
-Call: phone call only from the infusion center
-Patients: 10-12 per day
-Scope: Mix of Hem/Onc based on your comfort level
-EMR: Cerner (working on transitioning to Epic
-Group: 3 other MD/DOs, 1 NP, and nursing support
-Affiliated Hospital: 176 bed, Level II trauma center. 11 ORS, 4 endoscopy rooms, additional 4 rooms, and 2 OB rooms
-Requirements: Any active state license and DEA, Board certified (or board eligible if recently trained)
