Description
The Interim Permanent Anesthesiology opportunity in Alaska…
-Location: Anchorage, AK
-Duration: October 2024 – June 2025 (potential for extension)
-Schedule: 1-4 weeks per month
-Shift: 7a-3p
-Call: optional
-Patients: OB, ENT, NEURO, ORTHO, GENERAL, Trauma,
>option for healthy pediatrics and some cardio, but zero thoracic
-Scope: Independent model
-EMR: Cerner (working on transitioning to Epic
-Group: Mix of MD and independent CRNAs
-Affiliated Hospital: 176 bed, Level II trauma center. 11 ORS, 4 endoscopy rooms, additional 4 rooms, and 2 OB rooms
-Requirements: Any active state license and DEA, Board certified (or board eligible if recently trained)
