Details:
•  Location: Shreveport, LA
•  Duration: November – Ongoing locum coverage
•  Schedule: Flexible, 2-4 weeks per month
•  Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30am-3:30pm
•  Call: every other weeknight and every other weekend
•  Scope: APP Cardiothoracic/Cardiovascular Surgery
•  Procedures: Endoscopic vein harvesting, rounding, surgical 1st assist, ECMO, VAD, clinic
•  Volume: max 10 patients per day (2 cases + hospitalized patients/consults)
•  EMR: Epic clinic, Meditech hospital, Terumo vein harvest equipment
•  Hospital: Level 1 trauma
•  Credentialing: 45-60 days
•  Require: BC, Active LA License or Compact License
