Duration: October and ongoing  
Schedule: options for clinic + call or call only depending on preference
24 hour call, 13-15 days per month – (will split call between multiple providers)
Shift: Mon-Fri Clinic, 24hr call, 7a-7a
Call: 24 hour call + Night call
24 hour call, 13-15 days per month – (will split call between multiple providers)
taken from hotel, 30-minute response time.
Patient volume: Low volume 6-10 deliveries last month, clinic 12-15 patients per day
EMR: Meditech
Group/support: currently one full FTE and one FM OB, no app’s
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified or truly board eligible, active KY license or compact licensure.
