Locations: Georgia

Duration: September 2024 - July 2025 (potential for extension)

Reason for coverage:  Resignation effective Aug 2024

Schedule: 2 weeks/month, 7a-7a (weeks don't have to be consecutive)

Shift:
Clinic - Mon through Thu 1p-5p, Fri 8a-noon
Hospital Inpatient VAD Rounds/Heart Failure Consults - Mon through Thur 8a-noon, Fri 1p-5p

Call: 24 hour VAD call for 7 consecutive days, Mon-Sun

Patient volume:
Clinic - 10 patients per half day
Hospital - 2 consults per half day
Call - 1 VAD admission/week

Scope: VAD and Advanced Heart Failure Program coverage. Clinic, Inpatient, and call.

EMR: EPIC

Hospitals: 478 bed level 1 hospital

Requirements (boards, license): LA license, Board Certified in Internal Medicine
