Locum Tenens Opportunity – Cardiologist (Near Dixon, MT)

Patients per Shift: 9-12 patients

Key Responsibilities:

Provide care for both inpatient and outpatient cardiology patients

Perform non-invasive cardiology procedures such as:
- Echocardiography
- Transesophageal Echo (TEE)
- Nuclear cardiology
- PA catheter placement
- Cardiac catheterization (diagnostic)
- Invasive procedures like STEMI care

On-call duties will involve both phone consultations and patient follow-ups.

Required Qualifications:

Board Certification: Yes (Internal Medicine - Cardiology)

Fellowship: Preferred

Must be comfortable handling both inpatient and outpatient cardiology services.

Ability to handle a range of cases, from routine echocardiography to invasive diagnostic cardiology.

Experience with Epic EMR system is beneficial.

Additional Details:

Shift Schedule: Rotating schedule with clinical hours and on-call responsibilities

Credentialing: Approximately 90 days

Support Staff: Includes RN and MA, specifics to be determined
