Shift Details:

• Full Day: 4-8 hours

Responsibilities:

We are seeking providers to perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting interview-based exams with physical assessments.


• Evaluating range of motion, muscle strength, and traumatic brain injury.


• No prescribing or treatment involved.


• Utilization of a Goniometer for assessments.


• Proficiency in evaluating Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions.


• Skilled in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.

Additional Details:

• Need: Ongoing PRN basis


• Certification Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible


• State License Requirements: Vermont


• Provider Needed: More than 5

Training and Support:

• Comprehensive training provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs).


• Timely submission of Reporting/DBQs required within 48 hours upon exam completion.
