Shift Details:

• PRN Basis: As needed


• Shift Length: TBD


• Half Day: 4 hours or less


• Full Day: 4-8 hours

Responsibilities:

We are seeking providers to perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting interview-based exams with some physical assessment.


• Evaluating range of motion, muscle strength, and traumatic brain injury.


• No prescribing or treatment required.


• Utilizing a Goniometer for assessments.


• Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions.


• Proficiency in METs testing and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.


• Submission of Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) within 48 hours upon exam completion.

Additional Details:

• Need: Ongoing PRN basis


• Certification Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible


• State License Requirements: Utah


• Provider Needed: More than 5

Training and Support:

• Training will be provided for all Reporting/DBQs.


• Evaluations will be completed in the provider portal, with records reviewed regularly.
