Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams.


• Perform interview-based assessments with some physical evaluations including range of motion and muscle strength testing.


• Evaluate traumatic brain injuries and other neurological conditions.


• No prescribing or treatment required.


• Utilize a Goniometer for assessments.


• Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions required.


• Proficiency in METs testing and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.


• Complete Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) in a timely manner using the provider portal.


• Submission of DBQs within 48 hours upon exam completion, adhering to standardized form requirements.

Additional Requirements:

• Must own a personal laptop (NO Apple Laptops/MACs).


• Training provided for all DBQs.


• Records to be reviewed regularly.
