Community health Center
Outpatient Only
Schedule: Monday – Friday - No weekends
Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Certification: BE/BC Family Medicine
Competitive Compensation
Benefits (waiting period may apply)
License: AZ state license needed, not required to apply
Caseload: 14 – 20 patients per day
Other Certification: BLS
Procedures: Standard Primary Care
