We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for full time permanent opportunity in Phoenix, AZ!
We are the world leader in addiction recovery, and have lead the industry for the last 45 years! This role is to support our brand new facility and programs just west of the Phoenix, AZ area! We are opening a Brand New Facility in Spring 2023! This program specializes in the short term and long term stabilization of mental health and substance addictions.
This provider will be working a 3-12's weekend schedule, Friday - Sunday, and will be responsible for providing care for the patients Primary Medical needs, while the psychiatric team works with their mental health needs.
