Excellent opportunity for a Board Certified Family Physician looking for a great work life balance, make a GREAT salary and only work 6 months out of the year. Small IHS hospital in rural Alaska is seeking to add 1 more FP to their current staff. This is strictly an outpatient clinic setting. schedule is M-F from 8am to 6pm during the month you are there. No call, no hospital duties. Support staff includes 24/7 OB, Psychiatry, Hospitalist and ER. Low patient census. This is an employed position by the hospital so full benefit package is included. All flights paid. Opportunity to do occasional village visits.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, able to see patients of all ages, recent outpatient experience, NO previous state license suspensions or issues.
