Description
We are seeking to add a Gastroenterology Hospitalist for our Southeast Missouri Hospital.
About the Position:
- 24-hour shifts
- 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
- 182 shifts per year
- Average 16 inpatient procedures per week with opportunity for more
- GI team consists of 5 GIs & 4 APP
- 1 FT Hospitalist & 1 FT APP
- 3 FT outpatient, 1 PT outpatient, 3 FT APPs
- Backed by the hospitalist group for admissions
- Advanced Hospital-based GI Lab for inpatient procedures
- EMR: EPIC
- ERCP/EUs Training Welcomed
About the Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary & bonus structure offered $550K & up to 10% quality bonus
- Aggressive loan repayment - $420K, 10 year term
- Signing bonus, plus monthly stipends for residents - $50K or $2K/month residency
- $5K for CME, licensing & dues
- 5 days CME per calendar year
- Paid malpractice with TAIL
- Health, dental, vision insurance
- Retirement: 403B, 457B & Tax Deferred Annuity
- Relocation stipend - $15K
