Oncologist Consultant needed STAT – Minimum of $195.00 per hour! Medical Oncologist needed STAT in Buffalo, NY. This is a Monday through Friday full-time schedule working at an outpatient oncology clinic. Primary clients will be Thoracic, Breast, and GI Oncology patients.Duties include providing medical oncology infusion treatment and consultations for inpatient and outpatient services, admissions, and assessments. Physician will also provide support and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Additional responsibilities will entail supervising advanced practice providers, teaching and mentoring fellows, residents, and medical students. Worldwide Travel Staffing offers:

Prior infusion and/or oncology experience strongly preferred.
Notes
Duties include but are not limited to the following: • Develop appropriate patient treatment plans • Monitor progress of patients and make appropriate modifications when necessary • Properly educate patient and their families of current treatment plans and progress • Conduct clinical research within area of internal medicine • Provide high-quality clinical research and patient care in the field of Medical Oncology including methods for early diagnosis and treatment of infections in various hosts, methods for using the clinical and biologic heterogeneity of adult leukemia and lymphoma to increase the cure rate of these patients, developing innovative treatment strategies for acute myeloid leukemia • Deliver and design high-quality education and training programs for interns, externs, medical school students, and other individuals to support the educational mission of the organization
