The Physician will serve as a primary care provider to a panel of patients and is responsible for organizing and managing the care of primary care patients, including outpatient visits, communication with patients, inpatient care and referral for specialty care within our Patient Centered Care Model. Our Physician assesses health risks, promotes and provides disease prevention, and practices evidenced based medicine.Qualifications: Completion of an accredited residency program. Current MA MD/DO License, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Practice (highly desired) OR Internal Medicine.We offer an excellent, comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Life, & Disability insurance, 403b Savings Plan, Vacation, Sick & Holiday time & Professional Development Stipends. Malpractice Insurance is covered by the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA). Federal and State Loan Repayment Programs (up to 25,000 a year for 2 years). Harbor Health Services is certified by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a recognized Level 3 on achievement of recognition for systematic use of Patient Centered Medical Home. Patient/Administrative Load: 32 Clinical hours and 8 Administrative hours. 1:1 ancillary support Continuing Medical Education Stipend of up to $1500 and 5 days of leave per year Reimbursement for initial and renewal cost of licenses. Centralized billing. EMR (NEXTGEN) system in place. 8 Sick Days, 4 weeks of Vacation and 10 Paid Holidays per year.
