Minimum Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements: Current Massachusetts NP License, Family Practice preferred.                      
                    Required Certifications and Licenses: Certification eligible as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Current DEA, Mass Controlled Substance Registration and CPR Certification.                     
                        Preferred Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements: 1 or more years of experience in a community health setting.
