Community health center south of Boston serving a diverse population is seeking primary care physicians for its Patient Centered Medical Home Model. Physicians will have assigned patient panels that are capped at 1500 patients. Located in beautiful new building with floors that include Urgent Care, Adult Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, Optometry and Dental Services. Physicians must be Board Certified of Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• Starting  salary of $200,000
• Earn  up to $10,000/year in incentive bonuses
