Senior care communities in coastal Maine looking for Internal Medicine physician or Family Practitioner with a Geriatrics Fellowship and/or experience in Geriatrics. Physician will collaborate with a full time Nurse Practitioner to provide direct patient care at two nearby facilities. The two medium-sized facilities house patients in independent living cottages, assisted living apartments, long-term acute care floors, skilled nursing facilities and memory care units.
