Seeking a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner for this innovative opportunity just North of Boston.
Provider will be working in an on-site Health Clinic to diagnose and manage chronic disease and diagnose/treat minor acute illness and injuries. Position is 20 hours/week and schedule is flexible, with no nights and only 4 weekend hours/month.
Responsibilities include: - Provide primary care, disease management, and preventative care services
- Construct medical history
- Strong phlebotomy skills
- Maintain accurate health records
- Medication administration and management
- Scheduling for follow-ups, screenings, and tests
Qualifications/Requirements: - Board Certification
- MA licensure/eligibility
- 2 years of experience in primary or urgent care
- Ability to work autonomously
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a high volume environment
