Internist or Family Practitioner needed for NCQA level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home/Rural Health Center. There are two groups looking for primary care physicians, both with at least five other providers or more. Position can be full time or part time and patients typically range in age from 18 yrs and up with <1% of total patient population ranging between 6 and 18 yrs of age. There is a rotating telephone call 1-2 times/month and the salary is very competitive. There is loan repayment and relocation reimbursement available and the EMR is Meditech.
