- 2-year income guarantee; base depends on experience and ability to go off RVU as early as 6 months
- Most physicians are earning between $300k - $400k
- Full benefits package; paid malpractice with tail
- $20k per year in loan forgiveness provided by the health system; state will match ($200k/5 years)
