- Production/RVU incentives
- Student loan assistance in years 2 and 3
- Inpatient staff psychiatrist position
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Call is 1 weekday night per week (phone only) and 1 weekend/month rounding
- Must be board certified or board eligible
