Job Overview:

Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Start Date: January 27, 2025

Duration: 13 weeks

Number of Positions: 2

Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Elective procedures)
- Friday: Emergency cases only (C-sections and possibly one other case)
- Weekend call required (rotated among providers)

Key Details:

Location: Near Bricelyn, MN

Work Environment:
- Must float between two facilities, located approximately 3 minutes apart
- Unsupervised model, providing autonomy in patient care

Patient Population: Adults and pediatric patients

Support Staff: Available MDs to assist, requiring a strong CRNA for independent work

Special Procedures: Experience in VBAC/TOLAC, blocks, and epidurals is essential

On-call Requirements: Includes 24-hour call rotation

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a CRNA role

Licensing: Must hold a valid state license and be willing to obtain any necessary licenses

Certifications: Current board certification and relevant certifications

Compensation:

On-Call Rates: To be discussed with your Account Manager

Additional Information:

Orientation: 4 hours (non-billable)
