A healthcare facility near Syracuse, NE is seeking a Board Certified Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician for a locum tenens position. Position Details:

• Location: Near Syracuse, Nebraska


• Shift Type: Days with after-hours and weekend on-call responsibilities


• On Call: Nightly and weekend calls required

Job Responsibilities:

• Clinical Duties:
  
  
  
  • Maternal fetal medicine consults in clinic
  
  
  • Reading ultrasounds for MFM and general obstetrics
  
  
  • Supporting inpatient ultrasound consultations
  
  
  • Private delivery patient consultations and nurse-midwife backup (occasional)
  
  
  • Clinic patient load: 15-20 patients/day
  
  
  
  


• Hospital Responsibilities:
  
  
  
  • Standard maternal fetal medicine procedures in a hospital setting (Labor & Delivery, Postpartum)
  
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Board Certified OB/GYN with MFM Subspecialty – Required


• Active Nebraska License – Highly Preferred


• OB/GYN Residency & MFM Fellowship – Required


• Certifications: Active BLS, DEA, NRP – Required


• Clean Malpractice/Background – Highly Preferred


• Local candidates (within driving distance) – Highly Preferred


• Must be available for the dates specified in the job description
