The Neonatology locum tenens opportunity in Montana…
-Location: Montana (international airport in town)
-Duration: estimated start January or February, 3+ months
-Schedule: 2 weeks per month
-Shift: Wednesday, 7a – Tuesday, 7a
-Call: yes, 24 hour take from hotel
-Patients: 1,400 annual volume of deliveries, 282 patients admitted to the NICU on average per year, 8 days average census
-Scope: Level 2 NICU, 10 beds (usually 6 patients per day in unit)
-EMR: Epic
-Group: 24/7 neonate nurse practitioner
-Affiliated Hospital: 90 beds, level III trauma center
-Requirements: Board certified (or board eligible if recently trained) with a Montana license, Compact license, or willing to apply (process takes about 30 days)
