Description
Duration: February (3-4 months possible options extend)
Reason for coverage: Leave of absence
Schedule: 4 days per week (option for 3 days, but prefer 4)
Shift: Monday – Friday 8a-5p (one hour for lunch)
Call: none
Patient volume: approximately 15-18 ppd
Scope: 0-18, well and sick visits, 100% outpatient
EMR: Epic (experienced required)
Affiliated Hospital: 800 beds, level I trauma center
Group/support: MA support
Requirements: Clean NPDB (may consider minor malpractice for 7+ years ago), COVID Vaccinated and boosted (non-negotiable), Board certified, CA license and California DEA
