Description
Location: Northern California
Duration: February for 3- 6+ months
Schedule: Prefers full-time (will consider min 4 days per week)
Shift: M-F, 8a-5p
Call: N/A
Patient volume: 18-20 ppd once ramped (after 2 weeks)
Scope: 100% outpatient primary care IM or FP (if provider is FP trained they MUST be able to see all ages)
EMR: Epic (experience required)
Affiliated Hospital: Level I trauma, academic center
Group/support: Full sub specialty support
Requirements: Board certified, CA license, COVID vaccine and booster, must have PCP experience within 6 months, Epic experience
