Key Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Washington (or application in progress)
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent (for NPs) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification required
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting preferred
- Experience in a post-acute care setting a plus, but not required
