Description:
We are seeking dedicated NPs or PAs with critical care experience to provide essential support for 5 consecutive days, totaling 10 to 14 days per month. The position does not require weekday or weekend call, offering a balanced work-life schedule. The caseload primarily consists of adult patients, with an average of 7 patients per mid-level per day. In addition, mid-level providers will handle an average of 8 hospital patients per day, including 3 admissions and 8 ICU patients. Rest assured, there will be 3 physicians onsite at all times to support the care team.
The setting for this opportunity is within a hospital, focusing on inpatient and acute care. With 16 ICU beds available, you'll have the resources needed to deliver high-quality care to patients in need of neurosurgical interventions. Required skills include proficiency in central and arterial lines, while preferred skills encompass infectious disease management, hematologic disorders, surgical care, and suturing.

- Licensure Requirement: MUST Have SC License – no exceptions
- Start Date Flexibility: The start date is flexible, with a window of 60-90 days to begin the assignment, allowing for adequate preparation and onboarding.
