Multiple Providers Needed Daily

Shift Schedule:
- F-M: Four ten-hour shifts (6:30 am – 5:00 pm) x 2 positions
- Three to four evening shifts a week (1 pm - 11 pm or 3 pm - 11 pm) x 1 position
- M-Th: Four ten-hour shifts x 2 positions (surgery center)
- M-F: Eight-hour shifts at a level one trauma center x 2 positions
