Description/Other Details:

Clinic Location: 2752 Harrison Ave, Suite A Eureka CA 95501 (Clinic location); otherwise, physicians will be in the hospital (AR location).

Start Date: As soon as credentialed. Potential for ongoing need.

Full-Time GI Need: Considering 2 providers to pair together for scheduling.
- 1 week of call per month
- 4 days a week of procedures (dependent on hospital availability)
- 1 day a week of clinic

Simultaneous Responsibilities: There will be one week where providers are simultaneously on call, performing procedures, and in clinic. Rates will be as stated on the contracted rate sheet.

Preferred Experience: Highly prefer someone with ERCP experience.

Procedure Time: Set amount of time allotted per procedure is around 45 minutes.

Anesthesia Availability: Hospital will ensure anesthesia is available when needed and may add another CRNA to assist.

Note: Candidates must have an active California license.
