Job Overview:

Open Dates: Immediate start, with ongoing availability.

Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.): Fluoroscopy
- Tuesday & Friday (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.): Breast Imaging
- No Call

Practice Setting: Hospital & Free-standing Imaging Center

Average # of Readers per Physician, per Day:
- 10 Diagnostic Mammography
- 10-12 Breast Ultrasound
- 30 Screening Mammography
- 12 DEXA Scans

Number of Exam Rooms: 4

Onsite Labs

Support Staff: 3-5 Rad Techs

Equipment Onsite:
- GE, Philips, Hologic Mammography
- Phillips Ultrasound
- GE DEXA

EMR: Epic, Change Healthcare PACS

FDA Accredited Mammography Site

Non-ionic Contracts Used

Required Duties & Procedures:

Fluoroscopic: General & Barium G.I. Studies

Bone Density Scans (Preferred)

Digital Mammography

Interventional (Needle Localizations, Stereotactic Biopsies, Breast Ultrasound Biopsies)

Hysterosalpinogram (Preferred)

Arthrogram: General (Preferred)

Credentialing Details:

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: As soon as credentialed; Emergency temp privileges available.

Submission Requirements:

To ensure a seamless fit for this pivotal role, interested candidates must meet the following requirements:

Board Certified Radiologist: REQUIRED

Active OH License & DEA: REQUIRED

BLS Certified: REQUIRED

MQSA/ACR Certified: REQUIRED

100% Clean Background: REQUIRED

Local/Mileage Only/Close to OH: Highly Preferred

Must be Willing to Perform All Required Procedures
