• Schedule:
  
  
  
  • Embrace flexibility with a schedule of 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 5:00 p.m.
  
  
  • Work four days a week with the option for a rotating day off or a set weekly schedule (excluding Fridays, as it is a high-demand day)
  
  
  
  


• MD Support:
  
  
  
  • Benefit from daily support by an MD, while practicing independently as a CRNA
  
  
  
  


• Types of Cases:
  
  
  
  • Showcase your expertise in General, Urology, Gynecology, Orthopedics, ENT, GI, and some OB cases
  
  
  
  


• Required Procedures:
  
  
  
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MAC/TIVA/General cases, practice independently, and have the ability to place spinals
  
  
  
  


• No Trauma, Hearts, or Vascular Cases:
  
  
  
  • Focus on a diverse caseload without trauma, hearts, or vascular surgeries
  
  
  
  


• Room Autonomy:
  
  
  
  • Manage the first cases of the day, including preop and running your own rooms; MD available if needed
  
  
  
  


• Epidurals and Blocks:
  
  
  
  • MDs handle epidurals and blocks, allowing CRNAs to focus on their core responsibilities
  
  
  
  


• Preoperative Responsibilities:
  
  
  
  • Manage preops, place orders, and showcase your organizational skills (Epic training provided)
  
  
  
  


• Setting:
  
  
  
  • Work within a hospital setting with a collaborative and supportive team
  
  
  
  


• FTE:
  
  
  
  • Join a team of two CRNAs
  
  
  
  


• Reason for Coverage:
  
  
  
  • Provide essential coverage while our providers are on leave
  
  
  
  


• EMR:
  
  
  
  • Navigate seamlessly through our Epic EMR system
  
  
  
  


• Credentialing:
  
  
  
  • Enjoy a reasonable credentialing timeframe of 60-90 days
  
  
  
  


• Additional Facilities:
  
  
  
  • Credentialing opportunities with CUMC, Immanuel, and Mercy Council Bluffs
