Are you an experienced provider seeking an urgent and rewarding opportunity? We have an immediate need for a committed professional to join our healthcare team near Cutler, OH. If you are available 7-10 shifts a month consistently for the next 3-4 months, we encourage you to submit your application to all three sites for consideration.

Job Details:

Shifts:
- Either 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. or 8 p.m. - 8 a.m.

Hospital Admissions:
- Percentage received from the ED: 17%
- Percentage of ED patients admitted per day: 17%
- Percentage of ED patients transferred per day: Less than 7%

Trauma Level/Designation:
- None

ED Volume:
- 20,000

Total Number of Beds:
- 11

Fast Track in ED:
- Yes

EMR:
- All Scripts/Paragon

Supervision:
- Will oversee APPs

Admissions:
- ED physician writes orders for admissions

Specialists Available:
- Radiologist, Cardiologist, Pulmonologist, Gastroenterologist, Urologist, Hematologist/Oncologist

Submission Requirements:

Presentation:
- Full presentation with Name Clear is required
- Submit the provider to all three Holzer sites (Meigs, Jackson, and Gallipolis)

Certifications:
- Board Certified - Required
- Minimum 1 year experience in EM - Required (will be verified)
- Ohio State License - Required
- BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS - Required
- COVID Vaccination - Required
- NRP - Required
