MDStaff is actively seeking a qualified Radiologist for an exciting locum tenens position near Lockhart, SC. This role presents a unique opportunity for a Radiology General Diagnostics specialist with a focus on Musculoskeletal (MSK) imaging. The position is set to start on April 1, 2024, offering a 12-month contract.

Schedule: Sat/Sun – (1) 10hr shift every 4 weeks plus call coverage

Work Details:

Support Staff: Clerical

Amount of Coverage Needed Per Month: Full Time

Patients Per Day: Approximately 130 per day – split between other providers

Patient Population/Age: Pediatric - Adult

Department Description: General diagnostics on weekend shifts concurrent with multiple additional attending radiologists to include mid-levels.

Cases: Plain Films (70%), Bone Density Scan (30%), MSK MRI’s (20%), Joint MRI (10%)

EMR: EPIC, Powerscribe

Technology: Phillips VUE, GE, Siemens

Hospital Bed Size: 800

Special Procedures: Technologist performs contrast injection

Certifications Preferred: Fellowship preferred, not required
